slideshow performance in london in march
Family photos draw a line between centre and margin. In the centre: an almost united family (only the photographer is missing). In the margin: some blurred landscape with a passer-by. Now let’s cross the line and see what happens…
While researching about cross-national informal networks in Europe's culturescape I started to draw maps that got outdated quite soon (as contacts and connections are changing quickly) but nevertheless served as a source for encounters and discussions in different European cities. Now I work in different contexts, but I am still addicted to maps: They seem to be a perfect shelter to withdraw from action and at the same time, they might serve as parachute when jumping into collaborations. So I just kept on.
